The speaker's duties involve representing the steering committee before the plenary session, presenting a summary of the Social Affairs Committee meeting held on October 8th. He/She has been appointed as the representative of the steering committee and is responsible for advancing the procedure of the draft legislation. The sending of the corresponding table by SOM after the meeting is also mentioned.
