The main legislative priority is the initiation and adoption of the Song and Dance Celebration Act, which was initiated by the Isamaa faction. This law is comprehensive, and its goal is to secure the foundation of the tradition by legalizing, for example, salary subsidies for collective instructors and ensuring the availability of choir singing and folk dancing in all schools. The speaker is also the leader of the previous Book Year initiative.
