The emphasis is heavily placed on international security matters and issues concerning the management of national identity documents. Within the context of e-residency restrictions, risk countries such as Russia, North Korea, Iran, and Syria are directly addressed, as is the political question of China/Taiwan. There is no focus on specific regions within Estonia.
