Important is the budget’s transparency and the Riigikogu’s role; avoiding changes to privileges and ideas for revitalizing the economy through cooperation. There is also criticism regarding the cancellation or restructuring of funding for major projects, and the nature of local and state cooperation is emphasized, along with ensuring market and consumer protection.

Economic observation critically assesses: it highlights the decline in purchasing power, the harmful impact of price increases on the population, and contrasts projected tax revenues with actual economic conditions. It favors investment and economic stimulation (road construction, research and development, higher quality education) and criticizes the confusion surrounding tax changes. It prefers a bank excess profit tax as an alternative, emphasizes that taxes should not burden people's lives, and underscores the need to organize taxes and support measures in line with the real economy.
