The focus is clearly on national security, the issue of standing with the Estonian state, and the international confrontation with aggressor states. Mention is made of Estonia finding itself on the frontline of the confrontation between the free world and the fascist regime. There is no emphasis placed on specific local or regional problems within Estonia.
