The legislative focus is on granting the Defence Forces the necessary powers for the protection of underwater infrastructure, by amending the Defence Forces Organization Act and the Economic Zone Act. The goal is the rapid entry into force of the law, which would result in the law taking effect nine days earlier. The amendment of the State Border Act was also discussed, but this was postponed with the government's second package of amendments.

The focus is on the draft legislation or regulation concerning reservists, requiring a swift resolution. The main legislative priority, however, is the development and presentation of a comprehensive solution to address the structural problems within the national defense sector in the future.
