Economic perspectives advocate for changing the funding system in order to mitigate regional disparities stemming from the concentration of tax revenue. While the state's fiscal situation is being taken into account, it is considered crucial to avoid continuing to fund cities and municipalities solely through the tax revenue generated by the working-age population, as this would only exacerbate the existing imbalance.
