Strong support for the accelerated deployment of renewable energy (especially wind power), which is being treated as a temporary measure (until the summer of 2025) aimed at resolving the energy crisis and avoiding EU infringement procedures. The political framework is distinctly policy-driven and focuses on reducing electricity prices as a matter of broad socio-economic interest. The purpose of the draft bill is to establish a framework for the expedited construction of renewable energy projects deemed to be of overriding public interest.
