The committee demonstrated pragmatic cooperation by agreeing to have a member of the Isamaa Party, who was not a member of the committee, introduce the draft bill, thereby ensuring its timely submission to the plenary session. Decisions regarding sending the draft bill to the full assembly and appointing the representative of the lead committee were made by consensus.
