Cooperation primarily takes place within the framework of the Steering Committee, by forwarding consensus procedural decisions (e.g., placing a draft bill on the agenda, appointing a rapporteur). In the substantive discussion of the draft bills, reliance is placed on the positions of the Ministry of Finance and experts, while simultaneously being uncompromising regarding the opposition's proposals and demanding their rejection.

Cooperation is primarily demonstrated when presenting the Finance Committee’s consensus decisions, always stressing that the decisions were reached unanimously. He/She is open to considering proposals from various interest groups (e.g., the Banking Association) and ministries (e.g., the Ministry of Defence) during the drafting of amendments. He/She strictly adheres to procedural norms, channeling political discussions into negotiation rounds.
