The economic perspectives focus on protecting social benefits by improving the implementing provisions to ensure that individuals with reduced work capacity do not lose their work ability allowance upon the termination of their employment. It defends car tax exemptions for people with disabilities, which were aimed at addressing practical, essential problems, such as the rising cost of assistive devices, rather than a general increase in benefits.
